For most of my life, I was never what you would call a watch guy; however, once I turned 30, I couldn’t seem to live without one. My smartwatch has become just as important in my life as my computer or phone, as it seamlessly lets me stay on the go without feeling disconnected from the world around me. I also know that while I can’t live with it, smartwatches aren’t always the most affordable devices, which is something HAYLOU is hoping to change with its latest announcement, the Watch Hyper.
As the first watch designed and distributed by HAYLOU, Watch Hyper promises to integrate into your life without a serious dent to your wallet. Featuring advanced navigation with L1 + L5 dual-band GPS positioning, detailed offline mapping, Fitness support through step and sleep tracking (just to name a few options), and “smart convenience,” the Watch Hyper isn’t just looking to integrate with your phone but with your life. It may be classified as an Urban Outdoor Smartwatch, but it is a watch designed to make life easier for all consumers, regardless of what their lives look like.
The company says it features a 6-axis sensor system and HAYLOUS’s Sevier motion algorithm, and that the Watch Hyper will offer 170 unique sports modes and intelligent workout recognition. They even indicate that the watch can provide personalized training goals in case you’re looking to change up your workout regimen or optimize your time.
HAYLOU also states that this smartwatch can last up to 24 days on a single charge (12 if you use it often), offers 24 hours of continuous GPS operation (which could be an important safety feature for those who like to hike or do other outdoor activities), and is water-resistant up to 50 meters. That’s about the length of an Olympic sized swimming pool, if you’re curious. And the Watch Hyper has calling and messaging capabilities, which the company says will help you stay connected without interrupting your day.
